Examples of Process Chemistry Services:

Process Chemistry Capabilities Include:

Pipeline contamination identification:
Analysis of unknown material recovered from pipeline. The sample was a mixture of iron oxide and silicon dioxide with lower amounts of sulfur, phosphorous, manganese and other trace elements.

Petroleum refinery support:
Analysis of tank bottom samples to identify unknown particulate material. Major compound identified was calcium chloride.

Chemical plant support:
An unknown sample suspected to contain high levels of lead and tin. Client also requested a LOI analysis.

Particle size analysis:

The lab results were compared to another laboratory. The results matched, with the lab also able to quantify elements present at lower concentrations than the other laboratory.

Catalyst Evaluation and Testing:
Titanium content determination in catalyst slurries.
