Crude Oil Testing:
High temperature simulated distillation, hydrate inhibitor analysis,
simulated distillation on heavy distillates, detailed component
analysis on distillate cuts, biomarkers and fingerprinting analysis.
Gasoline Testing:
Hydrocarbon type analysis, oxygenates
and aromatics identification and quantitation, trace contaminants,

Condensate:
Simulated distillation, detailed component

Crude Oil Assay Laboratory Petroleum Feedstock Evaluation:
The Singapore petroleum lab analyses
crude oil, condensate, fuel oil and LSWR ASTM D1160-02a.
The crude oil lab runs full crude
oil assay testing. ASTM D2892-01 Petroleum distillation of crude
petroleum (15-theoretical plate column) and ASTM D5236-02 petroleum
distillation of heavy hydrocarbon mixtures (vacuum potstill method).
The crude oil lab has distillations units for D2892 capable of running
samples sized of 2 litres to 14 litres.
The crude oil lab provides data for field benchmarking, refinery crude optimization, and quality management of liquid petroleum assets.
Crude Oil Distillations are run according to ASTM D2892 and ASTM
D5236. Qualification efforts with major oil companies and continuous
emphasis on cross check programs have proven the reliability and
expertise resident in the Singapore laboratory.
