Current ECHA Substances of Very High Concern Candidate List

Under the obligations of Article 33(2) of REACH regulation, Companies will have 45 days upon request to provide consumers with information on hazardous substances in their products. This includes all substances listed above that are in a concentration of 0.1% weight by product. Companies need to be prepared to meet this request by December 1, 2008.
