Intertek Polychemlab on-line Analyzer services provide customers with simple and effective ways to improve production performance and real-time measurement capabilities. Process Analytical Technology (PAT) combines analytical chemistry and process technologies, enabling real-time monitoring and analysis of critical production processes. Polychemlab is an independent supplier of PAT services, including engineering, operations, maintenance, installation and data interpretation expertise. Polychemlab has delivered over 40 analyzer houses and 400 analyzer systems on a global basis. Polychemlab PAT systems are in use by a wide range of industries, including power generation, hydrocarbon processing, industrial chemicals, polymer production, waste water treatment and emission monitoring. |
