Based on available specifications the customer can be warned in an early stage if there is an ‘off-spec’ situation in the plant. The quality of the analysis is validated in several ways; for example by participation in inter laboratory tests, audits by several authorities (BVQI, RvA) and customers. The tests performed in the field quality control are viscosity measurements, density, optical properties, chemical composition, morphological properties and mechanical properties.
