Bisphenol A Testing

Bisphenol A (BPA) Testing for Child use and care Toys, Products and Articles

Intertek provides migration tests and analysis of bisphenol A in feeding bottles, drinking cups and other accessories for child use according to EN 14350-2. BPA is extracted from test articles into food simulant and identified by High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC).

Migration of BPA shall not exceed 3mg/kg, as regulated in directive 2002/72/EC of the European Communities.
