Intertek provides full diesel fuel oil cetane testing through a global network of diesel fuel testing laboratories. The cetane labs test to ASTM and other national and regulatory protocols. The cetane number, cetane index and IQT tests measure the ignition quality of Diesel, Gasoil, Biodiesel, Heating gasoil and number-two fuel oil fuels.

Cetane tests measure diesel and fuel oil characteristics related to fuel quality. Intertek cetane labs measure fuels at refineries, storage facilities and pipelines for cetane ratings and many other properties.
