Fluid Catalytic Processing studies are handled on the PARC Continuous Riser FCC Unit (P91) with fluid processing applications ranging from light hydrocarbons catalytic processing to fluid catalytic cracking. Maximum temperature of 1400°F and pressure of 30 psig. Feed rates of 1-3 liters per hour. Clients easily access their project test data via the web with the RODA reporting system.
Fluid Catalytic Cracking:
Fluid catalytic cracking is a process used in modern oil refineries to increase production of gasoline from petroleum feedstocks. The process normally utilizes zeolite-based catalyst in a refinery cat cracker unit.
24/7 Pilot Plant Operations:
Around-the-clock unit operation and analytical control permit timely, cost-effective and accurate technology evaluations. The pilot plants employ up-to-date automation including on-stream analyzers, computer data logging and material balance documentation. Up-to-date continuous pilot plant facilities are available to handle petroleum refining process and catalyst evaluations from reforming and isomerization through resid hydrotreating and delayed coking. PARC welcomes the opportunity to handle customers' toll processing business.
