Total Protein Quantification

Intertek ASG can offer a range of methods for the quantification of the total protein in protein product formulations to support development and manufacturing. These include the European Pharmacopoeia (EP) / United States Pharmacopeia (USP) methods such as abosorbance at 280 nm, Bradford assay and BCA assay methods. Protein quantification can be offered as a standalone study or as part of a regulatory package such as a stability study. The laboratory can also provide solutions for the quantification of proteins adhered to medical equipment or bioprocessing equipment surfaces.
