Ion Chromatography

The Intertek ASG laboratory is highly experienced in diverse applications of Ion Chromatography (IC) / Ion Exchange Chromatography (IEC) in pharmaceutical, healthcare products, biotechnology products and environmental materials. At Intertek ASG, ion chromatography has been successfully applied in the determinations of active and inactive ingredients, including excipients, degradation products and impurities relevant to pharmaceutical analysis.

In addition to excellent instrumentation, there is a wealth of experience in determinations of common species in clinical and non-clinical samples including:

• Common anions (e.g. fluoride, chloride, bromide, sulphate, phosphate, acetate)
