New Facility in New Orleans, LA

The New Orleans, Louisiana USA petroleum and petro-chemicals Laboratory moved to a new, larger and modern facility strategically located to provide service on a 24/7 basis to the large petroleum-refining and petrochemical industries in the region.

New Orleans expanded laboratory capabilties include crucial pipeline allocation and other analytical services to support nearby Gulf of Mexico offshore petroleum and natural gas production platforms and pipelines.

Over 30 fulltime chemists, technicians and scientists run the laboratory, supported by experienced coordinators, QC experts and senior laboratory managment. Intertek New Orleans analyzes a wide variety of petroleum and petrochemical products. ASTM, API, IP, along with other standardized testing and sampling methodology, are followed.
