Intertek Food Safety Auditing, Certification and Related Services and Expertise

Food Inspection Services:

• Food Inspection services by Intertek Labtest include DPI visual checking, weight, organoleptic, defects and external controls (packaging, labeling) according specific procedures established according to your requirements and regulation. Samples are taken and sent to Intertek laboratories microbiological and physical, chemical analyses.
  
  During food and agricultural product shipment loading supervision, product identification and correspondence with client’s order will be checked, as well as container condition and temperature.

Food Certification according to IFS vs4, BRC and SQF standards:

• Intertek Labtest supports your Certification process for IFS vs4 (International Food Standard vs4), BRC (British Retail Consortium) Global Standard Food, and SQF (Safe Quality Food). For both IFS vs4 and BRC global Standard Food the process includes pre-certification audit (optional), initial certification audit, certification decision, certificate issue (valid for 12 months in most cases), and annual surveillance audits.
