Intertek provides a full range of biodiesel testing and inspection services to help biodiesel producers, distributors and retailers meet the USA National Biodiesel Accreditation Commission program for producers and marketers of biodiesel fuels.
The BQ-9000 biodiesel quality assurance program is designed to help biodiesel producers and marketers meet the ASTM D-6751 standard specification for biodiesel fuel blend stocks for distillate fuels, B100.
Intertek supports biodiesel clients meet or maintain BQ-9000 quality standards with the following services:
- Production lot testing
- Production lot tank homogeneity
- Sampling (dependent upon location)
- Production lot laboratory testing
- Full ASTM specification testing
- Reduced specification testing per BQ-9000
- Blended biodiesel fuel receiving and distribution, sampling and testing
