Ecotoxicology Division Capabilities
GEOTECH is the only ecotoxicology laboratory in Australia that has developed and validated a 7 day larval fish growth bioassay using several marine and estuarine species such as: pink snapper, black bream and mulloway.

Quality Assurance
GEOTECH's ecotoxicology laboratory has a comprehensive quality assurance system in place (ISO 9001) and above tests are NATA registered. GEOTECH performs concurrent reference toxicant bioassays with every sample tested to ensure quality data. Cusum charts detailing the sensitivity of tests over time are available upon request.
