• Make contact with an M&C Engineer to have a preliminary discussion regarding your problem
• Develop a full specification via continued dialog
• Feasibility Study (if required, with associated feasibility quotation costs)
• Production of a quotation based on the agreed specification (partial quotations may be required if specific problems require solving before the project can continue)
• Customer informed at each stage of the development regarding time scales
• Final test and safety compliance
• Demonstration of instrumentation package within the M&C Laboratory or on your premises
• Dispatch to customer premises  (or collect equipment as required)

For Standard Product Range Instrumentation

• Make contact with an M&C Engineer to have a preliminary discussion regarding your problem
• Discuss the specification and functionality of the proposed instrument for purchase
• Agree cost and timescale to supply
• Supply quotation
• Supply instrument  (installation if required)
